The Terrorist in this clip takes the river rush route. He throws the first flash into the room at the end of the bridge (snipers den). This prevents the enemy from having any time to frag the Terrorist that are rushing underneath the bridge. The second flash thrown by the Terrorist is even more crucial. By re-bounding the flash off the wall he prevents himself from being killed (fraged) by an eager enemy. This enemy would likely be waiting around the corner or even on the top level. This technique prevents the Terrorist from having to go up the stairs unarmed having to throw a flash.
